升降式電動軌道平車的設計思路

升降式軌道平車。包括車架總成、車輪總成、蓄電池箱體、驅動系統、傳動系統、制動系統、托舉升降系統和電路控制系統,所述的托舉升降系統固定連接在車架總成的上覆蓋板上;所述的蓄電池箱體和電路控制系統分別通過焊接在車架總成中部隔板后端和前端的吊耳固定;所述的驅動系統和傳動系統固定在車架總成的中部底板上。本實用新型zhuanli技術可根據廢舊汽車軸距的不同而自由調節間距,并可根據汽車輪胎的直徑不同而自由調節舉升托盤的升程,實現各種型號尺寸廢舊汽車的承載,設置兩級傳動系統,減速比準確可靠,傳動平穩,振動噪聲小,保證運輸過程的綠色環保。

電動軌道平車
